Digital Products and Online Courses:
Due to the nature of digital products and online courses, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on these items. Once the purchase is made, access to the digital content is granted, and it cannot be reversed.
Physical Merchandise:
All sales of physical merchandise are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, except in the case of a product being damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your physical merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately at presleypoe@goldstudioacademy.com. To expedite the process, include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage.
No Refunds or Returns:
Apart from damaged or defective items, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.
